1. Material elastic rebound

Reduce rebound by increasing the blank holding force, controlling the drawing speed and other process parameters.

2. Mold wear
Challenge: Stainless steel has a high hardness, and long-term processing will cause rapid wear of the mold, affecting the quality of the workpiece and production efficiency.
Solution:
Use high-hardness, high-wear-resistant materials to manufacture molds, such as tungsten steel or cemented carbide.
